According to a recent poll that was released this week, Democrats have not completely ruled out supporting Hillary Clinton should President Joe Biden withdraw from the 2024 campaign.
However, she lagged behind Vice President Kamala Harris in popularity, making her the least liked second in command since NBC News started tracking the metric.
Still, if the right circumstances and interests arose, Clinton, who is 75, might still be a force in her party.
Which Democrat would you support if President Biden does not seek reelection in 2024, according to a Premise poll that was released on Monday?
Harris won, but only by a slim margin.
In the event that Biden does not run, 22% of those who responded to the poll said they would choose Harris over another candidate.
Meanwhile, 17 percent of prospective primary voters backed Clinton.
Although neither figure is particularly outstanding, Clinton’s support suggests that she may still have a chance, despite having been out of the race for nearly seven years.
Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, an independent, and Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom of California were defeated by Clinton.
The poll results for the men were 11% and 9%, respectively.
Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg also garnered votes as possible contenders.
Each contender received 7% of the vote.
The Premise poll did not show Robert Kennedy Jr. polling above 5 percent, but other surveys have revealed he had up to 20 percent support among potential Democratic primary voters.
Given that she has made no indication that she plans to run for office again, Clinton’s showing in the Premise survey is a little surprising.
Another key finding: 59% of survey participants stated they oppose Biden running for president a second time.
Between June 27 and June 26, Premise interviewed 2,068 Americans using their smartphone applications.
A credibility interval or other conventional indicators are not used by the pollster.
Premise describes its technique as follows: “Premise used stratified sampling of its opt-in panel members, along with post stratification weighting based on the American Community Survey to provide a representative sample. These results are weighted by Age, Gender, Region, and Education.”
A little over a week ago John Durham appeared before the US Congressional Judicial Committee on Capitol Hill to debrief members about his 5-year attempt to unweave the complex attacks against the American people.
Most people know it was corrupt Clinton behind the insane ‘Pee Pee Dossier,” including the FBI, who ignored her criminal activity to give her a free pass to start a massive and paralyzing scheme to get herself into the White House, which failed yet consumed and destroyed much of our government, media, and law, enforcement in their assistance to Clinton.
The Wednesday hearing was quite complex, with Durham appearing to make excuses for delivering no justice to the American people yet also lacing his testimony with more evidence of wrongdoing by the same people who have already done so much damage to our Republic- and namely exposing Clinton even further.
What’s more, in the second week of this month, Clinton, the wife of former President Bill Clinton, was transported by ambulance from their home in Chappaqua, New York, to the emergency room of a hospital located in the immediate area.
According to sources, Hillary “was fine one minute, and in serious difficulty the next minute.” Other information regarding the abrupt and life-threatening occurrence was not made available to the public, Hal Turner Radio Show exclusively reported.
Hillary is no stranger to medical emergencies as she seemed to suffer a series of alarming health-related issues while running for president against Donald Trump in 2020. She tried her best to conceal what appeared to be an evolving condition that was never publicly addressed, leading to a lot of questions and conspiracy due to the secrecy of what she seemed to be hiding.
In order to keep the specifics of her medical care a secret during her campaigning in 2016, Hillary was on her way to the emergency room after her terrifying collapse at the Sept. 11 memorial ceremony. However, she made a detour to her daughter Chelsea Clinton’s residence to avoid attention on the matter, the NY Post reported.
In the wake of that health emergency, according to sources, Secret Service protocol called for the Democratic presidential nominee to be taken to a state-designated Level I Trauma Center. That would be Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan.
However, a campaign operative changed tactics to avoid having Clinton visited by medical professionals who might divulge information to reporters, the source said.
This wasn’t the first time she required emergency medical attention and now we know wasn’t the last as her mysterious ailment(s) seem to persist. What is known, is that she has previously suffered from blood clots, for which she’s been hospitalized before.
BBC News reported in December of 2012 that, “US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been admitted to hospital in New York with a blood clot, officials say.”
“Mrs. Clinton suffered a concussion earlier this month after fainting and falling down.”
“At the time, she was reported to have had a stomach virus and to have passed out after becoming dehydrated.”
With her ailments, if Hillary is the Dem nominee for 2024, all eyes will be on her VP pick, which could be California governor Gavin Newsom, who himself is being rumored to take Joe Biden’s spot.
