Mary, Donald Trump’s niece, has issued a dire warning about what the United States may face in the future if the president has his way. For years, Mary Trump has been a vocal opponent of her uncle, deviating from the typically unyielding family discourse and even writing a novel about Donald and the Trump family called Too Much and Never Enough.
Following Donald Trump’s return to the White House, Mary, the daughter of Trump’s older brother Fred Trump Jr., who passed away in 1981, went on public to say that we are living in “uniquely dangerous times.”

She went on to say that the US would have to “start showing up in different ways from what we might be used to,” suggesting that her uncle’s second term as president could be problematic, according to Newsweek.

It is certain that Donald Trump has not wasted any time in enacting significant alteration. Readers will undoubtedly concur that there is never a dull moment when Trump is in office, but it is impossible to say for sure until the conclusion of his second term whether this portends prosperity or disaster for the US. Maybe it would be more accurate to ask when that will be.
According to the Constitution, current US presidents are limited to two four-year terms. However, there have been new rumors that Trump would try to retake the presidency for a third time, which would be nothing short of a coup. In fact, Trump has begun to make strong insinuations that he might run for reelection at the conclusion of his current term, which is a sobering and, to be honest, terrifying prospect.
The soon-to-be 79-year-old said earlier this year that there were “loopholes” that could allow him to remain in office. “As you know, there are some well-known loopholes that have been discussed, but I’d rather not talk about that right now,” he added. However, I don’t think there are any loopholes. I oppose the use of loopholes.

To be even marginally feasible, such a scheme would need a great deal of public support (or, God forbid, a violent takeover and the establishment of a dictatorship). The concept has already drawn harsh criticism from some, including Mary, Trump’s niece.
In a recent interview with The Telegraph, the longtime Trump opponent said that the American people should be cautious of her uncle’s intentions since he might have set his eyes on being president “for life.” Regarding the potential for Trump to seek for a third term, which would violate the 22nd Amendment, clinical psychologist Mary stated: “That’s definitely what Donald has in mind.” The question is not if he will run or not.
It concerns whether he will depart or not. More likely, he will just declare, “I am president for life and I will not be leaving.” Additionally, he will challenge others to get rid of him.
Is there a way to bring the man in the Oval Office who just lost the election under scrutiny? How can he be eliminated? We have never encountered this issue, therefore we are unsure. I believe he is prepared to contest that. “America is and has been a deeply broken country for a long time,” she added. Donald isn’t an exception. He represents, in my opinion, the inevitable end to the Republican decline of the last four decades.
