It’s no secret Joe Biden’s asleep at the wheel. Given his light schedule, that’s probably more literal than we think! Biden has sat back as millions of illegal aliens flooded our country. Worse still, he has been rolling over as America’s enemies get stronger by the minute.

Everyone from Russia, China, and Iran is gaining steam. And if we don’t do something, there’s no telling what these enemies might do to the United States. In some cases, these nations are actually buying up land next to military bases. Others are buying farmland, and shipping food overseas. But in the Lone Star state, they are shutting these schemes down.

Citizens of countries that pose a national security threat to the U.S. would be banned from owning certain types of land in Texas under a bill that passed the state Senate on Wednesday.

The legislation targets any nation that has been named on the Director of National Intelligence’s National Threat Assessment for three years in a row. Four nations currently meet that criteria – China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea.

The Texas Senate just passed a bill banning nationals from hostile nations from buying land on U.S. soil. Why should someone from a dangerous nation be allowed to buy land in America? Imagine Russia letting Americans buy up land in Moscow? Ain’t gonna happen.

Yet numerous states roll over as China buys up our farmland. Rich foreigners from all over the world have bought houses, factories, and other forms of property in the United States. Why is that okay?

We’re not talking about folks from friendly nations. We’re talking about individuals from China or Iran. Letting these hostile nations sink their teeth into the U.S. is not good. It sends a signal to the entire world that America is up for grabs. We’d even sell out to our enemies!

I’m sure there are more than a few Democrats who wouldn’t mind that. But not most red-blooded Americans. Joe Biden is going out of his way to sell America to the highest bidder. But at least in Texas, our enemies won’t get a foothold.
